If you cannot do the above or are advised to see a GP –Please CALL thr surgery on the above numbers.

A doctor will call you back and advise you what to do
|I want to request my repeat prescription||Do this ONLINE through patient access or email the practice at BRECCG.E84626@nhs.net
Only for those who do not have access to the above, should STAY AT HOME and CALL and the practice on this occasions will take telephone requests.

|I need to see the Nurse or Healthcare assistant for bloods or vaccines or dressings||STAY AT HOME and CALL us. You will only be given an appointment if you do not have symptoms of cough, fever or recent travel to a high risk area.
|I need to collect a sick certificate or letter or Prescription||STAY AT HOME the Sick Note/Letter will be posted to your home address or emailed to you.
The prescription where possible will be sent to your nominated chemist.
If you do not have a nominated chemist the prescription will be sent to a local pharmacy near your home and you will be notified via SMS
|I am here for a GP/Nurse/HCA appointment I booked before but have NOT spoken to any Dr/Staff prior to the appointment.||STAY AT HOME and wait for the:
